Deep-Fried Bread Sticks with Shrimps
Minced Pork 150g
Chinese Water Chestnut 5 pcs.
Shallot 1 pcs.
Bread Stick 2 pcs.
Egg 1 pcs.
Yellow Wine 1/3 tsp.
Corn Starch 1/3 tsp.
White Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp.
Viet Huong Premium Fish Sauce 1 spoon
Clean the shrimp and chop into mud, mix well with the minced pork. Mix with egg white, Viet Huong Premium Fish Sauce, yellow wine, corn starch, white pepper powder and shallot respectively. Add the Chinese water chestnut at last.
Cut the bread sticks into two parts. Dip it with corn starch. Fill the bread content with the mixed shrimp mud.
Pre-heat the oil pan. Place the bread stick in the pan, fry about 1-2 minutes. Serve with sweet chicken sauce and DONE!
