Steamed Pork Ribs with Pickled Plums

Ingredients:

Pork Ribs                             400 g

Salted Plum                         1 pcs.

Soy Bean Paste                  2 tsp.

Seasoning:

Viet Huong "Flying Lion" Fish Sauce         1 spoon

Oil                                                                    1 tsp.

Corn Starch                                                   1/2 spoon

Sugar                                                                1 tsp.


Steps:

  1. Put the ingredients in seasonings for half hour.

  2. Stream the mixture with high heat for 15 minutes, sprinkle with chopped shallot and DONE!
