Steamed Star Snapper with Fish Sauce
Star Snapper 1 pcs.
Shallot (chopped) adequate
Shallot (slice) adequate
Viet Huong Premium Fish Sauce 2 spoon
Cooked Oil 3 spoon
Brown Sugar 1/2 tsp.
Wash and clean the fish before cook.
Chop the shallot into parts, and slice with fork.
Add brown sugar into Viet Huong Premium Fish Sauce. Mix well.
Warm the plate with the steam pot, place shallots on it. Then place the fish on top to steam. (14mace of fish, steam about 9.5 minutes)
Drain the water after done. Add shallot, spread with cooked oil and sauce.
